The annual God’s Karoo Women Conference is delighted to be hosted at the magnificent Mentors Country Estate, situated in the charming town of Jeffreys Bay, South Africa. Known for its tranquil and picturesque setting, Mentors Country Estate provides an ideal venue that perfectly complements the spiritual and reflective nature of our conference. We want to be upfront about where your registration fee goes, so you know exactly what you’re investing in at God’s Karoo Women Conference! The R300 weekend or R100 for Friday and R200 for Saturday only visitor entry fee helps us cover all the essentials that make the weekend possible – from bringing in incredible speakers (including their travel and accommodation) to hiring the venue, ensuring great sound, and even keeping the place safe with security. It’s a lot that goes into making this a meaningful and smooth experience for everyone! Just a heads-up, though – this fee doesn’t include your own accommodation or meals, so you’ll need to plan and budget for those separately. We’re committed to keeping the conference affordable while still giving you an unforgettable weekend filled with God’s presence!

Registering for the God’s Karoo Women Conference is simple and straightforward! Here’s how you can secure your spot:
Locate the Registration Section:
On the homepage, look for the “Register Now” button/link. It will usually be prominently displayed, and clicking on it will direct you to the registration page.
Fill Out the Registration Form:
Complete the online registration form with your personal details such as name, email, and contact number. If wish to complete a manual form please request a copy via email or whatsapp.
Payment:
Once you’ve filled out the form, you’ll be directed to the payment section. We offer several payment options to make the process as convenient as possible. Choose the method that suits you best and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
Confirmation:
After submitting your registration and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and additional event details. Make sure to save this email for future reference.
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Here’s the refund policy for the God’s Karoo Women Conference in case you are unable to attend:
1. Full Refund:
If you request a cancellation and refund 30 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee, minus our bank charges.
2. Partial Refund:
If you request a cancellation and refund 10-29 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of your registration fee, minus our bank charges.
3. No Refund:
Unfortunately, if you request a cancellation and refund less than 10 days before the event, we will not be able to provide a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual if you inform us in advance.
4. Transfer Policy:
If you are unable to attend but have a friend or family member who can take your place, you can transfer your registration to them. Please contact our support team with the new attendee’s details at least 5 days prior to the event.

At God’s Karoo Women, we’ve set an age limit of 10 years and older to ensure that everyone can fully engage with and benefit from the structured program. Our conference features dedicated time slots for worship, speakers, and altar calls, all designed to create a meaningful and uninterrupted spiritual experience. These sessions can sometimes be quite lengthy and may not hold the attention of younger children, who might struggle to sit through the entire program. By setting this age limit, we’re creating an environment where attendees can focus on worship and the teachings without distractions, while also ensuring that children who attend are able to enjoy and understand the experience.
